Booking
The reservation arrives from your HMS by webhook.
Fireclay Guest Experience App
A white-labelled layer over your hotel management system. It takes the guest from booking to review — check-in, upsells, the in-stay app, messaging, checkout — and writes every result back, so the front desk reads one truth.
No download and no app store. A guest opens the link they were sent, in the browser they already have.

Self-service, with a late checkout offered on the way out.

Happy guests to your public listing, unhappy ones to you.
How it fits
The booking stays where it lives. Reservations mirror locally so a guest request never waits on a slow PMS call, and the results that matter travel back — check-in status, folio charges, checkout, and the review.
Modules
Each module is a switch. Off, its endpoints are not registered and the guest app hides that section — there is no half-feature left for a guest to find.
Guest details, passport upload and verification, a registration card with e-signature, terms and consent. It replaces the check-in your HMS ships with, and pushes the status back to it.
A room directory, the hotel's own facilities with opening hours that are right at 20:45, mobile ordering, QR spots that deep-link into a section, and a mobile key once check-in is done.
WhatsApp, SMS, email and in-app chat in a single thread per reservation, sorted by whether the guest is in house. Translation both ways, and a reply grounded in the property's own content when nobody is at the desk.
Room upgrades priced against live availability, early check-in, late checkout, transfers and tables. Discount codes, a cart, and the charge landing on the folio — and breakfast never offered to a guest whose rate already includes it.
A satisfaction question before checkout decides where the review goes: your public listing, or a private note that reaches you instead of the internet. Either way it stays here, where you can answer it — the reviews screen in the back office, and a read-only feed for a PMS that wants to display them.
Packaging
Upsells depend on availability you can trust and a working payment and identity layer, so they arrive last rather than first.
The sellable minimum
Basic, plus everything conversational
Pro, plus the revenue engine
The back office runs the property; the guest app is what the guest opens on their phone. This deployment carries demo data, so both are safe to click through.
